What is a 24 HR Play Festival?

The HBHS Theater produces 2 separate 24 Hour Play Festivals a year, in October and January. 

The 24 Hour Play Festivals are designed to facilitate more opportunities for live stage time for our developing actors as well as differentiated experiences in the theater paradigm for our veterans. 

As participants, students write, edit, design, direct, act, manage, and tech their own original 10 minute plays. Within a 24 hour time span, our original plays go from non-existant to are a live audience performance in the HBHS auditorium at 8 PM!
