NRHS Computer Science Education uses the State of NH and International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards as its overarching competencies. Each course has indicators specific to the content of that course following the vein of each.
Product Development: Student will demonstrate creative thinking, construct knowledge, and develop innovative products and processes using technology.
Digital Information: Student will use digital media and environments to communicate and work collaboratively.
Problem Solving:Student will use critical thinking skills to plan and conduct research, manage projects, solve problems, and make informed decisions using appropriate digital tools and resources.
Impacts of Computing: Student will evaluate the ways computing impacts personal, ethical, social, economic, and cultural practices.
Computing Systems: Student will demonstrate a sound understanding of technology concepts, systems, and operations.
