See how NHS students in K-3 voted in the 2020 NH Ladybug Picture Book Award

Each fall we participate in the New Hampshire Ladybug Picture Book Award.

We will read the 10 books selected by the state committee together in class. Then, in November, we will cast our votes along with students across the state to choose the award winner.

The winning picture book will be announced at the end of the year.

What it will look like in the classroom

This year, in order for all students to be able to see and enjoy the books, we will be reading them together outside or over Zoom. Each student will have a copy of the book we are reading at their desk during the read aloud. This will help them follow along and get an up close look at each book.
