Health services at Exeter High School is committed to the health and wellness of both students and staff.
We provide assessment and treatment of minor illness and injuries, referrals to area healthcare agencies and physicians on a case by case basis. We welcome calls and visits from parents during the school day.
In order to provide the best possible care to students, students and parents are requested to inform the nurse(s) of any particular health problems that should be a matter of record. Please contact us when your child has an illness or injury that may require assistance while at school. It is our pleasure to provide health services to your child.
EMERGENCY INFORMATION
All parents/guardians are requested to provide current Emergency Information for their child(ren) every year during the ANNUAL UPDATE OF INFORMATION. The purpose of this is to assist the school in reaching parents or guardians as soon as possible should any emergency arise. Please notify the Health Office of changes in pertinent information. Feel free to call the Health office if you need assistance with this process.
