Maintenance Plan

Overview:

The closure of two aging facilities in the school district has brought attention to the pressing needs of the remaining five schools, whose maintenance concerns have long been postponed. To address these issues, a comprehensive three-phase plan spanning over the next five years has been devised. The first phase will focus on urgent repairs and essential upgrades, ensuring that the existing structures are safer and conducive to learning. This includes addressing issues such as leaky roofs, deteriorating casework, outdated heating systems, and faulty electrical wiring. In the second phase, efforts will be directed towards less pressing but still important needs. The final phase aims to improve the aesthetic appeal of the schools, making them inviting spaces that inspire both students and educators alike. This meticulous plan not only acknowledges the immediate maintenance requirements but also underscores the district's commitment to providing a high-quality and conducive learning environment for all students in the years to come.
