NO WATER, NO PARTY
1. IMPORTANCE OF WATER:
It is more than 70% of our body mass.
We should drink:
- for men: 3,7 liters
- for women: 2,7 liters
It composes oceans, seas, lakes and rivers.
2. WHAT WE USE WATER FOR?
Having showers
Water sports: swimming, surf, kayaking…
We travel above it through boats.
Pool parties for fun.
3. AQUATIC PARKS:
They are very full in summer because of the high temperatures. But we have to be responsible with our actions inside the park:
· Carry on sunscreen
· Don’t run in wet surfaces
· Drink much water
· Bring spare clothes
· Bring your own towels
· Look for lifewards
· Wear flip-flops
RECOMMENDATIONS:
We should follow some recommendations in order to protect children against water accidents.
· Avoid dangerous games
· Between first and 4 years of life, they begin to become familiar with floating in water
