With over a decade of cumulative experience across various industries, Jilliana has gleaned invaluable experience while working with leading organizations.
Jilliana brings experience from a variety of industries, including human resources, residential counseling & programming, career coaching, probation support, retail & customer services, brand ambassadorship, job analysis, performance arts & entertainment, events management, and more.
Jilliana has seen success in her own life-long process of maximizing her self-image, and is thereby well-suited to help you overcome obstacles on your own path. Jilliana advocates for talent potential that is overlooked, unrealized, and underdeveloped, and encourages individuals to have bold confidence to embrace their divine potential. She believes the power of prosperity and advancement in a person's scope of influence already lies within that person, awaiting to be further developed.
Jilliana wants individuals to stop feeling undervalued, or misaligned in their purpose, and to instead be responsibly, and unapologetically themselves. Jilliana encourages use of personal gifts and talents rather than hiding them for fear of failing, feeling out of place, etc. Jilliana hopes to normalize trial & error, perseverance, and persistence, helping individuals uncover their purpose and skills with role clarity and role identity; and helping the organizations where individuals work to thrive.
