Sapphire Jill LLC™ has been serving as an enterprise since 2018; and now, we extend our reach to include leader development coaching support that understands your faith orientation to work & life.

We want to see you prosper in your gifts and purpose. Our proprietary tools and approaches are purposed for activating you. We want to see you develop your gifts through the point of mastery, even through fear and trembling (Phillippians 2: 14-18); and, to have faith, belief, and assurance to walk with a spirit of confidence and boldness (Ephesians 3:12). Our core values include purpose, faith, and belief; all of which require bold confidence to live out. Boldness to seek truth, and boldness to speak that truth in love. All of this also requires confidence in God, the Creator, having created you on purpose, for a purpose (Psalm 139: 16).
Our core values serve as guiding principles in our visions, missions, and operations toward a consistent set of priorities. We believe in a triune God (Father, Son, & Holy Spirit), who created people in His image, having triune attributes to self (spirit, soul, body).
