All Freshmen participated in a classroom presentation during their English classes designed to introduce them to the many supports available through the Counseling Department. In this session, students learned how to access their counselor, reviewed graduation requirements, and were provided information about mental health services. They also received a preview of what to expect as they transition into their sophomore year. To conclude the presentation, students engaged in a personality exploration activity through Naviance, which allowed them to discover more about their strengths and preferences. This activity encouraged them to reflect on how they approach friendships, study habits, and future career opportunities, helping them better understand how to thrive both academically and personally.
