Withdraw & Transfer

Apply for School Withdrawal

Please complete the withdrawal form, briefly describe the reason for applying for school withdrawal, and email the form back to the registration department. After accepting the application, the department will notify the relevant departments and parents by email. The date we receive your withdrawal form is considered the beginning date of your student’s withdrawal. Refund amount will then be calculated accordingly based on the list below.

Refund Policy

First Half Semester

Week 1 to Week 2: $30 handling fee is deducted from the annual tuition fee, registration fee, and book fee are non-refundable.

Week 3 to Week 4: $60 handling fee is deducted from the annual tuition fee, and the registration fee and book fees are non-refundable.

Week 5 to Week 10: $110 handling fee is deducted from the annual tuition fee, registration fee and book fee are non-refundable. Service points are calculated as 3 divided into a semester, and each point is $25, and the amount of uncompleted points is deducted from the tuition.

Week 11 to Week 16: Only the tuition fee of $160 will be refunded for the next semester, and the registration fee and book fee will not be refunded. Service points are calculated as 3 divided into a semester, and each point is $25, and the amount of uncompleted points is deducted from the tuition.

Second Half Semester

Week 1 to Week 4: Tuition for the next semester is $160, registration fees and book fees are non-refundable. Service points are calculated as three divided into a semester, and each point is $25, and the amount of uncompleted points is deducted from the tuition.

Week 5 to Week 16: No refund of tuition, registration fees, and book fees. Service points are calculated as 5 divided into an academic year, and each point is $25, and the amount of uncompleted points is deducted from the tuition fee.

Apply for Transfer

Please fill out the class transfer request form along with the recommendation and signature of the original class teacher. Academic Department will accept or deny the application upon the discussion with the teachers of the original class and the class applied for a transfer. Students might need to take a class transfer test.
