About Our Support Community

The mission of SJUSD's Student, Community, and Personnel Services Department, is  to assist in building safe, supportive schools and engaging communities. To that end, our department focuses on the promotion of strategies to strengthen school connectedness, teach and reinforce positive behaviors, respond quickly to individual needs and circumstances, and promote health and well-being.
