Project HOPE students participate in classroom-based instruction designed to develop job seeking, employment, and employment retention skills. Students also have the opportunity for volunteer and job sampling/internship experiences in the local community. Students may be supported by a job coach, if needed. Participation and placements are determined by student's strengths and needs.
Project HOPE relies on the businesses in our program area to embrace the opportunity to work together. Vocational exploration sites will likely vary from year to year. Below is a list of current partnerships we have been fortunate to secure for our students.
Linda Tutt Grocery Store
Sanger Bargain Depot and Crisis Center
O'Reilly Auto Parts
Porter's Corner
Sanger ISD
Lone Oak Cafe
