March 2022 - Updated Safety Protocols
The campus is now open. To be allowed on campus, you must first submit either
a Vaccination Card, or
a negative COVID-19 antigen test result (dated within 72 hours before the first day on campus).
Upload Vaccination Card or Test Results. All community members must (re)sign the Health and Responsibility Questionnaire. The Questionnaire will also upload your vaccination card or negative test result (in PDF format). Signed Questionnaires, Vaccination Cards, and test results are logged and confidential. The Health & Responsibility Questionnaire is here.
Wear a Mask. Everyone coming to campus must wear a mask. The mask must be either an N95, KN95, or surgical. If you do not have a mask, the school will provide you with one.
Find out How to Get a Vaccination. Effective April 15 2021, anyone 16 years and older is eligible to receive a vaccine in California. A list of vaccination and testing options is available below:
My Turn CA - California COVID-19 vaccine scheduling and notifications site.
VaccinateCA - This site is run by a group of volunteers who call hospitals and pharmacies for vaccine availability and post what they learn online.
California COVID-19 Vaccine Spotter - This tool tracks down appointment openings at California pharmacies.
VaccineFinder - This site works with partners such as clinics, pharmacies and health departments to provide accurate and up-to-date information about vaccination services. It’s operated by Boston Children’s Hospital and is supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the United States Digital Service.
Read our Prevention Plan. Daily screening protocols remain in effect for all community members. The SFFS prevention plan is here.
