Counselling

  • Call 08000283766 at any time, on any day of the year, to speak to a professionally accredited counsellor. The service is free and confidential; however, your counsellor may inform the College if your issue is serious.

  • You can chat to a counsellor via live chat or video call on the Wisdom app/website (more info below).

  • They can help and give advice on issues including: stress and mental health; bullying and abuse; family and relationships; housing and finance; gender identity; and more.
