Sponsorship Levels

Help us celebrate our honorees by donating a giftable item or becoming a tiered sponsor for San Diego Unified's Employee Recognition Events. Each sponsorship tier provides donors with different benefits across 5 employee recognition events (TOY, CEOY, SALUTE, RETIREE) described below. All donors will be recognized on the district's website and across our social media platforms. Donations of raffle prizes are also welcome. If you would like to support the district's recognition events in a way that is not listed below please email Isabella McNeil. We welcome your generosity and look forward to discussing your support. Salute to Excellence - Top Senior Scholars  (SALUTE) May 30, 2024
“In Gratitude” Retirement Celebration (RETIREE) June 6, 2024

(Title Sponsor)

Cash donations totaling $11,000 or more.

1. Company logo combined with event logo

2. Exclusive co-host naming rights (i.e “2023 Teacher of the Year, co-hosted by XXXXXX”).

3. Name and logo recognition on:

   • Event programs

   • Promotional signage 

   • Press release and media advisory

4. Logo recognition on ALL graphics during the ceremony.

5. Opportunity to participate in TV media promotion (If available).

6. Mention in post-event story posted on district website (which is distributed to more than 60,000 teachers, parents, staff and community members).

7. Personally acknowledged by Superintendent 

8. Opportunity to introduce Superintendent

9. Option to play a video about an education initiative or other media feature (up to 4 mins).

10. Option to address the audience during all 4 ceremonies: TOY, CEOY, RETIREE, SALUTE,SYM (up to 6 mins).

                                      Cash donations totaling $6,500 or more.

1. Name and logo recognition on:

   • Event programs

   • Promotional Signage 

   • Press release and media advisory

2. Mention in post-event story posted on district website (which is distributed to more than 60,000 teachers, parents, staff and community members).

3. Personally acknowledged by the Superintendent. 

4. Opportunity to introduce VIP.

5. Option to play a video about an education initiative or other media feature (up to 2 mins).

6. Option to address the audience during all 4 ceremonies: TOY, CEOY, RETIREE, SALUTE, (4 mins).

Education Advocate

Cash and/or prize donations totaling between $3501 - $6,499

1. Name and logo recognition on:

   • Event programs

2. Mention in post-event story posted on district website (which is distributed to more than 60,000 teachers, parents, staff and community members).

3. Personally Acknowledged by Superintendent. 

4. Mention in press release (no logo).

5. Option to address the audience during 3 ceremonies: TOY, CEOY, RETIREE (2 mins).

Education Partner

Cash and/or prize donations totaling between $3,001 - $3,500

1. Name and logo recognition on:

   • Event programs

2. Mention in post-event story posted on district website (which is distributed to more than 60,000 teachers, parents, staff and community members).

3. Personally acknowledged by Superintendent

4. Mention in press release (no logo).

5. Option to address the audience during 2 ceremonies: TOY, CEOY (2 mins).

Education Ally

Cash and/or prize donations totaling between $700 - $3,000

1. Name and logo recognition on:

   • Event programs

2. Mention in post-event story posted on district website (which is distributed to more than 60,000 teachers, parents, staff and community members).

3. Mention in press release (no logo).

4. Option to address the audience during 1 ceremony: TOY (1 min).
