What can I expect?
Wellness Visits are offered in person, via TEAMS, email, or over the phone.
If you don't have a Wellness Center at your high school please reach out to us by filling out the interest form at the top of the page.
How To Schedule
If your school site has a Wellness Center please reach out to your Wellness Center Coordinator.
Please Note: Wellness Visits are not intended as a substitute for therapy or counseling. Wellness Center Coordinators offer check-ins as a non-clinical private resource. We are trauma informed personnel with a restorative and cultural humility lens.
What happens during a Wellness Visit?
A Wellness Visit is a one-on-one session where you get a chance to release all of the things you've been carrying in your head, weighing on your shoulders or on your heart with a trained listener who can provide a source of non-judgmental support, resources on campus and in the community in a safe & inclusive space.
