Title I money, The SSC is required to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment, including an analysis of verifiable state and local data, provide recommendations related to the school’s Title I program, and participate in the development and approval of the school’s SPSA. The SPSA is a strategic plan that outlines specific and measurable goals at the school site with the intention of increasing student achievement.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the site plan.

Oversees all the categorical funds such as Title I and Second Language funding

English Learners Advisory Committee (ELAC)
Parents, community members, site administrators, teachers and other staff. Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the site plan. The SSC also oversees all the categorical funds such as Title I, Second Language and GATE.
Reponsibilities:
Advises school on program for English Learners and parent engagement regarding attendance
Aconsejar al la escuela sobre el programa para ninos en vias de aprender el ingles y la asistencia
Advise SSC on the development of the Single Site Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and Budget

Instructional Leadership Team (ILT)
Provides a systematic way for our school to execute our most important instructional priorities.
Meetings: First or Third Tuesday of the month, 7:45am
Staff: K-5 + Sped + Prep + EL Coord + Admin
Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Responsibilities
Fundraises to provide programs and activities that benefit children, such s curriculum-based programs, equipment and materials, and social events-- all vital to a school's success.
