Through the MSAP Grant, Montgomery STEAM Magnet will transform into Montgomery STEAM and Media Arts Magnet.  Teachers will design and facilitate STEAM focused Project Based Learning (PBL) that emphasizes media literacy and the design of multimodal texts as students develop their creative capacity and advocate for positive change in their world. Montgomery will partner with the California Global Education Project, Media Arts Center San Diego, the Comic-Con Museum, and other local organizations to achieve this goal.
