*Note: Please limit 1-entry per school site. Ideally, the main School Garden Coordinator or District Liaison should complete this form.
Check the Master Spreadsheet to see if your school garden profile is updated. (Note: Must use district email to view. If you are a GC, then please work with your district liaison to view your profile.)
If it is updated for the school year, you do not need to do anything!
If it needs to be updated, please complete the Google Form. Our team will be notified and will update your profile for our records.

Purpose
SDUSD Farm to School Program includes providing support to school gardens in our district. This includes programs such as Garden to Café and Café to Compost, approving locations on school sites for the garden, providing mulch or compost services, providing school garden programs with resources/grant opportunities, and more.
Purpose: To keep track of the school gardens in SDUSD so that our team can provide the best support we can!

For purposes of this SDUSD database, a school garden is defined as:
A school site maintained outdoor learning space featuring any or all of the following:garden beds, tower gardens, container gardens, orchards, etc., where studentscan gain an appreciation for food origins and nutrition, knowledge ofplant and animal life cycles, an understanding of ecosystems and environmentalstewardship, and learn practical horticultural skills.
