Operation LEAAP is a five year grant awarded by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) to five elementary schools and one middle school to enhance math achievement. This website provides information for families, teachers and school administrators to assist with implementation and resources associated with helping students succeed in mathematics.

The Mission of Operation LEAAP is to advance mathematics proficiency through enhanced instruction, real world learning and student engagement at five elementary schools and one middle school that serve at least 10 percent military-connected students.
The goal of Operation LEAAP is to boost student engagement in mathematics by building interest, knowledge and skills, grades 3-8, based upon seven instructional strategies supported by the four pillars of student engagement below.
