Hotspots

Some students may need extra help when it comes to connecting to the Internet. San Diego Unified School District is here to help, with mobile hotspots for students to use during their time in school.

Students, please fill out the form linked below and return it to your school or take it diretcly to the IT office located at our IMC Office, Annex A, on Cardinal Lane, San Diego.

Please note: Hotspots are checked out for the entire length of time a student is enrolled in SDUSD. These devices must be returned to the student's school, prior to graduation or early exit from the District. All hotspots must be picked up at the IMC Office Annex A, none can be shipped to school sites.

If a device is not working, please contact the school staff member who gave you the device, or call the IT Help Desk: Online Learning Support Line: 619-732-1400 (please have your student ID number and school name at the ready).

Hotspot application form for students - download and fill out the form by hand; please make sure the email portion is your parent/guardian's email, not your email.

Staff are no longer able to request District hotspots. Any hotspots checked out to staff must be returned to the IMC Annex A on Cardinal Lane or to the library tech or site tech.

Any questions regarding hotspot devices or any other student device, please speak with Ms. Sarah, Morse's library tech, by emailing her: shonaker@sandi.netÂ
