AP Fall Order Deadlines

(for students enrolled in AP classes from August -December)

1. August 19-create MyAP account (if student NEVER created in past) AND add Join Code(s) for 1st semester AP classes ONLY

2. August 27-submit LCFF-MUST be submitted BEFORE requesting a fee waiver

3. September 11-request AP fee waiver (if applicable)

4. August 24-November 1-Pay for 1st semester AP exams

Payments after November 2nd are LATE and will include College Board's late fee

AP Spring Order Deadlines

(for students enrolled in AP classes from January-May)

1. January 13-create MyAP account (if student NEVER created in past) AND add Join Code(s) for 2nd semester AP classes ONLY

2. January 14-submit LCFF if haven't submitted for 26-27; LCFF must be submitted BEFORE requesting a fee waiver

3. August 15-request AP fee waiver if haven't requested for 26-27

4. March 1-Pay for 2nd semester AP exams

*Most AP Exams Will Occur in the Library

*Some students may be testing in a different location, and Mrs. Blanchard will notify these students individually.

If your exam is in the MORNING, arrive outside the Library between 7:15-7:30 AM with a photo ID.

If your exam is in the AFTERNOON, arrive outside the Library by 11:15 to eat lunch first. You will check in by 11:45 AM for your exam, and you must have a photo ID.

ALL AP exams have digital portions. You MUST use a district-issued Chromebook for your exams.

If you "no-show" for your scheduled AP exam(s), and you qualified for the fee waiver, you will be assessed a cancellation fee per College Board
