Mrs. Amato processes all AP fee waiver requests because she has access to an eligibility list. This list is usually not updated until mid to late October, so please be patient.
To determine fee waiver eligibility, families MUST first submit an LCFF form which your parents/guardians access from their PowerSchool Parent Portal.
If your parents need help accessing their Parent Portal, they will email our site tech, Mrs. Shirley Lemmon at slemmon@sandi.net.
District staff will review the LCFF info to determine fee waiver eligibility.
THEN you must request the fee waiver. After you request a fee waiver, Mrs. Amato will email you about your eligibility status and your next steps.
If you are eligible, her email to you will include a link where you will be able to confirm that your AP order is complete after the November deadline.
Also, if you are eligible and get the email from Mrs. Amato, your AP exam(s) will be ordered.
