FOR AP TESTING, STUDENTS MUST REQUEST FEE WAIVERS EACH YEAR EVEN IF THEY QUALIFIED IN THE PAST

IMPORTANT: If you do not request a fee waiver from Mrs. Amato, your AP exam(s) will NOT be ordered even if you added join codes in MyAP AND submitted LCFF.

• Mrs. Amato processes all AP fee waiver requests. An eligibility list is generated from LCFF submissions and is usually not updated until mid to late October, so please be patient. Generally, the sooner LCFF is submited, the sooner a family's eligibility status is updated.

• To determine fee waiver eligibility, families MUST first submit an LCFF form which parents/guardians access from their PowerSchool Parent Portal.

• If your parents/guardians need help accessing their Parent Portal, they will email our site tech, Mrs. Shirley Lemmon at slemmon@sandi.net. 

• District staff review the LCFF info to determine eligibility. Mrs. Amato does not determine eligibility.

• After submitting LCFF, THEN you must request the fee waiver. After you request a fee waiver, Mrs. Amato will email you about your eligibility status and your next steps.

• If you are eligible, her email to you will include a link where you will be able to confirm that your AP order is complete after the November deadline (for 1st semeter AP courses) or March (for 2nd semester AP courses).

  • Also, if you are eligible and get the email from Mrs. Amato, your AP exam(s) will be ordered.

SAT Fee Waiver Request
