Need a transcript?
There are two types of transcripts: Unofficial and Official
Unofficial - this type allows you to see the grades you have earned in your college classes
Official - this type of transcript is what you send to the colleges you are applying to
How do I find my transcripts?
If you are currently taking a CCAP course, you may order transcripts (official and unofficial) through the mySDCCD Student Portal
Transcripts ordered online will be mailed in 1-2 business days
If the receiving institution accepts electronic transcripts, the transcript will be sent electronically the same day
If you are a current or former CCAP student, you may order an unofficial transcript here
You will need to enter your SSN or 10-digit Student ID and your date of birth
If you are a current or former CCAP student, you may order an official transcript here
