CCAP Application Process

Want to take a College Course for the 24-25 School Year?
Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Talk to Your Counselor
LHS Counselors

Step 2: Fill out Contact FormURL: Early College Credit (Credit By Exam/CCAP) -Contact Information Collection (google.com)

Scan the QR Code to complete the Contact Form
**Make sure you use a personal email address, NOT your stu.sandi.net account**
** Make sure the student email and the parent/guardian emails are different**

Find your Application ID on the Congratulations page after you submit your application.

Scan the QR Code to submit your Application ID

Step 5: Submit USER IDApplication Tutorial URL: https://forms.gle/XbdAMJGfmPJqJptd8

Check your personal email for an email from SDCCD

Look for the Subject Line: Congratulations! Welcome to SDCCD

Find your 10-digit USER ID

Scan the QR Code and Submit your USER ID

Step 6: Sign the DocuSign

Click on Review Documents

Student Completes DocuSign

The system will send it to your parent/guardian's email once you click finish.
