You may be eligible for a Wifi Hotspot if:
You have NO internet service or
You have INSUFFICIENT internet service

The following questions may be asked:
Do you have internet in your home? If yes, what internet provider do you have? (i.e. AT&T, Spectrum, Cox, TimeWarner)
Have you contacted your internet provider to test your equipment and lines?
If you have service, what is your need for a Hotspot?
If it is determined that a Hotspot device is needed in the home for the student(s) to have internet access to do homework assignments or attend virtual classes, Internet Support will log the students name, Student ID Number, parent name, address, phone, and need (no internet or insufficient internet).
Devices requested on any given day can typically be ready for pick-up the following day. Hotspot devices are available for pick-up from the Instructional Media Center (IMC Annex A) Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The IMC is located at:
To return a Hotspot device, you may drop it off at iHigh Virtual Academy or at the Instructional Media Center (IMC) where it was picked up from.
