*Please note, SDUSD does NOT provide diploma copies. Transcripts are the only documents our district can provide for alumni. Alumni only get one Diploma which is the one they received on Graduation day and school does not keep or give copies of it.*

Background Check Agency, Employer, College or Educational Institution requesting graduation verification on an alumni or former student
Current High School Students
Students who need their transcript for college admissions purposes should check their Counseling Google Classroom for Transcript Request Process for High School and/or SDCCD Transcripts.

Current High School Student: If a high school student has moved or their new high school is requesting records, this request needs to be email directly to the registrar (tpena@sandi.net) or fax request: Fax 619-605-2620, Attn: Registrar
Current students can generate an unofficial PDF of your transcript, via student's Powerschool portal. If you need an unofficial PDF copy and are having problems generating it yourself, please contact your counselor.
Transcripts for College:
Active students need to login to their Xello Account. Please review Xello Support before requesting transcript if this request is for sending transcript to colleges. Colleges must be added to student's college planning page in order to send transcript to college. Xello Support
Please note: UC's and CSU's generally only require FINAL TRANSCRIPTS, it is not necessary to send initial or midyear transcripts to those colleges. Colleges using the COMMON APP, will generally ask for INITAL, MIDYEAR, and FINAL transcripts. In addition when applying to colleges via COMMON APP, letters of recommendation are required. Please talk to your counselor and teachers as soon as possible for the letters of recommendation, be prepared with a BRAG SHEET.
Alumni Students
For any records related to 2014 and prior, you must use the following link: https://sandiegoca.scriborder.com. This request will be processed by the district, not Clairemont High. Contact them if you have any questions regarding your request.

Alumni Students from 2015 - previous school year will require a Copy of State ID.
Transcript Requests should be made on the google form. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the request to be fully processed.
Confirmation email will be sent once the transcript order has been completed/processed.
Education Verification
ANY Background Check Agency, Employer, College or Educational Institution requesting graduation verification on an alumni or former student
