If a student will be absent, leaving early, or arriving late to school, their parent/guardian must submit the respective Google Form listed below in advance of their student's absence. Twenty-four hours in advance is recommended. Although anyone can access these forms, submissions will only be received when sent using the parent/guardian email address on file in PowerSchool. All other submissions will be automatically blocked.

To verify or update parent/guardian information in PowerSchool, log in to the Parent Portal using these directions, or visit the attendance office.
When a parent/guardian wishes to report an absence that has already occurred, this is called verifying an absence. The two forms linked above should also be used to verify past absences. Please note that tardies (Ts) during the school day cannot be verified, as well as most single class period absences (As).
Students tardy to their first period of the day should report directly to their class. Students leaving or returning with a blue slip must sign in and out with the attendance office.
Students are responsible for recovering any truancy codes they receive. Truancy codes include unverified absences (As), tardies (Ts), truancies (Zs), or "missed more than 30 minutes - unexcused" (Ws).
