Room 10 enjoyed a special prayer session with our special Mary statue. We prayed two decades of the Rosary and focused on the luminous mysteries. It made us feel blessed, emotional and peaceful.
Our new mural represents our Turangawaewae and tells the story of where our school stands in Aotearoa. Look closely at the mural, what does it tell you about our school pepeha?
Well done to our Middle Scripture Cup Finalists. Especially Leila for placing first. We are so proud of you all.
Well done to our Senior Scripture Cup Finalists. Escpecially Noah and Dylan for placing second and third.
This term we are going to run a Middle (yr 3&4) and Senior (yr 5&6) Scripture Reading competition. There will be 3 readings that you can prepare from. From these readings, you will then select the final reading they wish to present to the class. The school wide competition will be run during either Week 9 or 10. These will be held in the church and we will have special guests adjudicate the event.
