My requirements for organizing my office motivated me to create the design, which enabled me to manage my office and get rid of many clutter items so I could utilize them in my everyday life.
There are 2 main software and 1 machines used:
1. Fusion 360: used to design the shape of front glasses in the shape of Pinhole glasses and to design the glasses' arms and assemble them virtually.
2. RD works: used to adjust the design of front-glass, adust the power and speed of cut-speed cut, and scan before cutting by laser-cut machine.

1.laser cutting machine (AlMalky ML149) to cut the front-glass

There are 1 main Materials used:
1. Laser cutting Plywood 3 mm to cut the front-glasses

1.Use the dimensions of real Pencil holder and draw a sketch with those dimensions to design it easily on fusion 360
2. Apply the role no one of for each part by using create a new component. .
3. Design the Base in the Fusion 360 sketch by using proper dimensions.
4. Take care of a fully defined sketch by using proper dimensions and constraints.
5. Extrude the overall sketch of the Base.
6.Design the Right side in the fusion 360 sketch by using proper dimensions .
7. Extrude the overall sketch of the Right side .
8. Apply the last three for all components until you have all parts
9.I decided to use T Slot jointing technique for all components
10 .Adding the appearance features (Color, Material...etc)
11 . Export laser cut parts by using the extension (save dxf for laser cutting) for all components.
12 . Export laser cut parts by using the extension (save dxf for laser cutting) with laser kerf 0.15mm.
13 . Import all files to RDworks and arrange it with distance 1.5 to save material

I Imported a file with a dxf extension having the front of glass and determined the places of cuts and cravings (determined by colors) by RD Works software. finally, save the file in rld format for cutting.

Laser cut: speed 25, power 45.
Laser cut for speet cut (engraving) speed300, power 15.
Laser scanning speed250, power 25.

Save the file as a PLT extension , connect to the machine, and then click download .
select the file on machine and start to cut it

The laser cut machine:
Prepare the file on laser work to determine that the edges will be cut, lines with speed cuts, or engraves.
Preview the file and download it to the machine.
Adjust the origin and the file properties before beginning.
Hala ( my instructor) helped me to Adjest the machine to get more quality and accuracy
she helped me to fix a wooden sheet on the platform of laser cut because of curvature in the sheet.
Hala tried to fix the problem of missing Y letter in scanning and she told me she would send a video to explain to me how to solve it.

the first challenge I want a rigid body so I use a lot of T slots to fix it, and it takes more time to set it to prevent errors. the
second challenge I found when I use a lot of constraining that creates problems in design. Menna sent me an article about how to solve this problem and I tried it, and it was useful.
By learning how to fabricate materials needed to construct the project either through laser-cut for boards cutting or by printing complex designs by 3D printer
By learning how to use fabrication software to prepare any design by Ultimaker Cura and RD works.
Using tools such as "fusion 360" to learn how to design the physical components of a project. This software allows me to create all of my designs in one workspace, in two or three dimensions and makes it simple to visualize the relationships between them and simulate the screws and connections.
Exporting files for a 3D printer or laser cutting software is too simple.
