This week we should design glasses on fusion 360 using (laser cutter in the frame &3D printer in side arms )
The inspiration : My glasses shape , i love this shape it is cool ,soft , and fit my face shape
I will change the color to be brown &beige (tiger pattern)

The assignment is creating Simple shapes with 3D printer and laser cutter.
3D printing
Fusion360
-Determine the realistic dimensions of glasses arms
-start to sketch the shape of arms and define the sketch
-Make the 3d ,by using tools like(extrude,fillet),make a hole 3.2 mm for the M3 nut
-save the file as STL

* copy the file in Cura
*The parameters of the machine are: - layers height (0.2)
-Infill (10%)
-pattern (cubic)
Time 25 minutes for each arm
* Edit dimensions & Infill & layers

-Determine the realistic dimensions of the glasses frame
-start to make a sketch by using tools like (line,arc,circle ,dimensions)
-Define the sketch with costrains &dimensions
-Draw a circle with 3.2 mm diameter for the nut
-2.5 D sketch
-Save the file as DXF

-The parameters of the machine are: - layers height (0.2)
-Infill (20%)
-pattern (cubic)
-No supports needed
-Time 5O min total
Ender 3 pro printer
-copy the file to SD card
-Choose the file and start to print it
-Note the first layer carefully to detect any error
-wait till the machine finish and Traraaaaa 🥳

*This week is the first time to work in pairs in the online session to draw 6m wrench on fusion
we share information about the dimension of the wrench , and recognized many new tools in fusion
I was the driver ,so i searched about some information and try to help my pair to finish the task as fast as we can

The problem: some points are undefined in the frame sketch
The reason : I use the trim tool too much
The solution:costruction geometeries

The reason : The distance betwan the skrew opening and the outer line is too small

I knew that i can copy and mirror the glasses arms in CURA , I don't have to import two stl files ,and print the two arms with two diff. printer processes
-It will be easy to print things like this
