Everything begins with planning or sketch, so it was necessary to start the assice, with a sketch, in which the dimensions are clear, and every part will remain a factor.
Designing on fusion
The first thing I did was calculate everything by drawing a sketch and specifying the dimensions.
I then began designing each part of the pencil case, giving it the appropriate dimensions and make it fully defined and using connection and assembly tools like T-slot and X-slot.
I then extracted each part individually and gave it a wooden appearance to resemble the real thing.
After all this, we assembled all the parts and checked for any errors.
I then downloaded all the parts as dxf and placed them in the laser program, lining them up next to each other to facilitate the cutting process.
After cutting, we assembled the pencil case in reality, turning it into a physical object with a wonderful appearance.
The first step:
I designed the back of the pencil case.
Then I extracted the design and gave it a wooden look.
The second step:
I designed the side part and gave it a circular shape to make it consistent

Here I designed the part that is in the middle and divides the shape into parts.

The forth step:
Here was one of the most complex and important parts, which is the base of the pencil case.

I then downloaded all the parts as dxf and placed them in the laser program, lining them up next to each other to facilitate the cutting process.
Note : There are some parts that I did not explain, but they are simple and easy to deduce from the parts explained.
Open UltiMaker-Cura software and import (stl)
start to adjust model parameter values for:
layer height : using 0.28mm
infill : using100%
4.slice the model to get time and weight for model
time :22min
weight : 3g
save the file to desk to (g.code) format to be prepared for 3D printing
The Process
I turned on the printer.
I loaded the file onto it and selected it from its library.
I started printing.
Open LaserWork software and import (dxf) file
Start to select lines and coloring it related to color function which related to design :-
black : for cutting
red : for speed cut
Put numbers for these colors
black : 15mm/s for speed - 65% for power
blue : 200mm/s for speed - 30% for power
export the file to (plt) format to be prepared for laser cutting
The Process
I turned on the laser machine.
I adjusted the wood sheet on it.
I set the focus.
Then I defined the shape and its frame.
Then we began the cutting process.
After carrying out his printing and cutting all the parts, the role of assembling them on the ground came and then I discovered that there after the dimensions that occurred in a mistake, but I did after temporary solutions, which in turn will compensate for the mistake that happened
Not much, but when the error occurred, some assistance asked the supervisor at the time, he gave me his advice to amend some dimensions
The Struggle
I think the only problem is that it happened in a mistake, during the organization in the laser program, which made some places make a simple line of dimensions

The wonderful thing this week is that I learned the correct way to install a full building of wood and make it firm without the move to any glue or make it not adjustable
