Cool Glass
This Week assignement was to create a cool glass, so I took inspiration to a character of an anime called Naruto that I used to watch, he had pupils like the Lens of this glass. The glass itself is like a normal glass, but I added some modification to the Lens of the glass so that the look became cool.

First, I started to create a new component after saving the file, and then I create the sketch of my glass according to my face
After that I added my personal design inside the lens using "Spline" and then I fixed them with the lock so that it doesnt move
Then I added a cercle with 3.2 mm diameter for the M3 screw
Finaly I extruded my sketch 2.5mm
I also added a red colour to the body
I started the creation of a new component named "Arms" and then I created a sketch fully defined. the Last Part of my arm is drawn with "spline" to make it a little bit realistic, and I fixed them so that it doesn't move
After finishing the sketch, I extruded in 4mm
I drew a rectangle then extruded
After this I made cercle with 3.5mm diameter
And then I cut a hole inside the rectangle with 5mm depth
I also used a Fillet to make the edge of the Smooth
And This is the final look after making a mirror of my arm and jointing to the frame
First i exported the Dxf file to the Rdworks
Without any changing the scale, I started to adjust the cut part with black color and the scan part with blue
Then I adjusted the speed and the power
Finally, i sent the "Ai" file to the machine

I exported my Stl file en UltimakerCura
Whitout any changing of the Scale I adjusted the Orientation of my two Bodies
Then I adjusted the different parameters and Sliced
Finally, i sent the G-Code to an SDcard
Infill: 20%
Quality: Draft (0.2mm)
Support: Tree Support (Touching Buildplate), I only needed for the transition part who get higher
No adhesion because my design is not a big design
I send the g-code to the printer

While I was making the frame, I simulated before downloading into the machine and I find out that the scan reached inside de shape designed into the big cercle, so I asked help for the fablab specialist, and she explain that the shape line of the shape is not completely connected. So I open the fusion and started to search where is the shape is disconnected. After I find out I connected them and it come out well
The skills and Knowledge that I've acquired from this week will be very helpful for my final project . For exemple the laser cut machine will help me to make my encloser with the M3 nut and with adding some 3D object to make very solide.
