My name is Said Ibrahim Ahmed, and I graduated in 2024 with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Djibouti. Before joining the Maker Diploma, I completed a hands-on training program at Fablab Djibouti, where I was introduced to digital fabrication and the maker culture.

I'm passionate about fabrication, a bit of art, and video games. I’m always curious to learn more and explore the intersection between creativity and technology.

I joined Maker Diploma to improve my practical maker skills and to better understand how makerspaces operate. My background in electrical engineering gives me a solid foundation, though my skills in electronics are still developing, and I’m working to improve them further. I'm comfortable with 2D and 3D design software, and I enjoy designing and fabricating various objects.
