Hiii!!

This is Mariam Hany — a senior computer science student majoring in AI, MAKER minus 2 month, explorer, and so much more ,....Undefined.

My journey started in 2015 when I was only 10!! I attended one of my first Arduino workshops at Fab Lab — which was actually designed for adults, not children — and continued after that to discover robotics field, trying things out, making mistakes. I was also that passionate person who liked to open anything up just to discover what’s inside. Did we end up every time with the same working thing? Not at all — “بس فدايا” — it’s a learning experience with some losses offffcourseeee.

Besides the idea of trying a lot of things — handcrafts, anything that requires hands-on — ANYTHING.

It was a dream when I was in grade 6 to be the coolest person with a self-writing/drawing pen. After research and late nights, I found it — CNC MACHINE! That’s it, that’s what I want to make!

Then I found out it needs some tools with a high cost and plastic parts that weren’t even there!

If you’re waiting for me to tell you that after all these years this dream came true… sooo, not yet,but the dream is not over stay tuned!
