3D Design
Ideation
I am interested in organizing my desk, and having some interesting and cute used accessories, including my mobile phone stand.
Resource : Fox mobile stand
software : ultimate cura
I used it to cut any model, as well as create orientation or place supports, and send the g code to the 3D printer
Material : PLA filament
Printer : Prusa MK3
Design / preparation process
1- open your STL file on cura
2- I have chosen the best orientation to support less
I slice it and preview it to see simulation layers and support
3- I reset some variables so that only 25 grams or less are used in a maximum time of 90 minutes
The variables are :
Resolution : Extra fast 0.3mm
Infill : 20%
Support : Normal
Placement : Touching BuildPlate
Adhesion : YES
4- save the changes into gcode file
Note : File name contained (Time_weight_infill density_layer height )

Laserwork
Use it to send DXF files to the laser cutter after specifying the lines that will be cut in different ways or making holes, engraving by controlling a set of numbers, whether speed or power
Mdf Sheet 3mm
Malky Laser cutter
Design / preparation process
1- open laserwork software and import your DXF file
2- select which parts you would like to cut with black color, and scan parts with red color
3-Chose the power and speed for cut and scan parts
4- Activate the preview
5- save the file as an AI file to open in any device then download with rld extension
How to put the part on printer ?
1- load the filment ( PLA ) Material
2- chose the material ( PLA )
3- make preheat
4- put SD card in side of printer
5- wait until the Bed heating to 215
6- go to SD card and chose your file name
How to put the part on laser cutter ?
1- set the origin point
2- click frame to check the cutting area
3- check the sheet is fixed on plate
4- click start

AutoCAD Software
There was a problem when I tried to insert a DXF file into LaserWork, but it was not imported. I thought about inserting it into another program, such as AutoCAD, and then Export the file from it in the same format, with the name changed, then I import it into the program, and it worked !!
