one of the Nile cleaning campaigns
Imagine waking up one day with no Plastic wastes !!
Since 2018, I have been interested in the environment and environmental problems and participating in campaigns to clean the Nile and reduce its dangers to our lives and the lives of marine creatures. then all wastes go through processes to be recycled from Assembly, cleaning, chopping, and pressing. Therefore, this is what inspired me from the beginning of my participation in the diploma to find an environmentally friendly idea and decided to make a single machine that Collects all the processes of plastic recycling ( bottles, caps ), as well as runs by solar energy.
the upcycle machine aims to facilitate processes after Nile cleaning and save time. it focuses on two types of plastic waste which are bottles and caps. bottles need to be cleaned and then pressed only but caps need to be cleaned and then chopped and pressed.
through this machine, you can find a section for collecting bottles or bottle caps and then these wastes will pass through 3 sections, firstly is a brush for cleaning then a blender if it needs cutting, and finally the section for the plastic brick compressor. every section has its own circuit.
the section of collecting wastes will be limited so will be added by IR sensor to count the quantity and over quantity, the buzzer will ring.
the section of the brush runs automatically by the ultrasonic sensor, at a certain distance, the brush goes down and rotates.
the other sections will be controlled by an ON/OFF switch.
