Key chain
I choose to print a key chain in the 3D printer to be always with me as the first assignment in San3a academy.
I choose to cut a Bear wall decoration to hang it in my house.
This is Morn MT3050D CO2 Laser Cutter.

PLA+ is a PLA-based 3D printing filament with enhanced physical properties. The increased strength and toughness make it an excellent choice for a variety of printing applications.
PLA+ is made from starch from raw materials obtained from renewable plant resources.
Better toughnessCompared to regular PLA, eSUN PLA+ has better physical properties. The increased toughness makes it less susceptible to breakage.
The design will be engraved on it.
I opened the stl file in Cura program.
I changed the orientation 90 degree .
I didn't add Support as it doesn't need support.
I Resized the model as it would take 3 hours, to be 1-hour 3mins.
The infill was 20 ,Layer Hight DRAFT 0.2 ,Support 0, Speed 60, Top layer 0.8 , Build plate: Skirt .
Printing temperature :215, Bed:60 ,Speed 60.
The grams :13 Time:1hour and 27 mins
I sliced the model ,then saved it as g-code.
I downloaded the file from 3axis website, and I imported it to LaserWork program. Then, I scaled it to make it smaller. The square will be cut but the drawing itself will be engraved.
I used in the cut parts :Speed 30 ,Max and Mini Power 50.
In Scan parts : Speed 250, Max and Mini Power 15.
First, I turned on the 3D printer , chose PLA e-sun as the material used and preheated it. Second, I send my file to the SD card and inserted in the machine. Third, I unloaded the filament to change the color and loaded a turquoise one after cutting its edge. Forth, I waited till the machine get red of the previous color and cleared the color of the new filament. Fifth, I started printing from the SD card and chose my own file. The machine started heating the building bed and started the 3D building process.

First, I downloaded the file from 3axis and imported it on LaserCad. Second, I tried to determine the power and speed of the cut parts as I had a problem with the interface. I send the file to my Flash USB and asked the Lab Specialist about the best speed and power for this machine. She advised me to make my design smaller in order not to waste my sheet. Second, I turned on the Laser Cutter Machine and adjust its nozzle with focus point. Third, I downloaded my file which appeared on the machine screen. I clicked on Origin to decide the starting point, then I chose box to check the workspace on the sheet. Finally, I selected Start and watched the machine while cutting my Buffalo.
First was afraid from the laser cut machine, then I got over my fair after I used it, specially I never used it before.
After I cut my model, I felt like it will be better if I split the Buffalo from the frame, I asked Basant the specialist who she was in the lap to help me with that and she advised me to fastened by tape and change the model parameters then use the machine once more to split the Buffalo from the frame, finally did it.
