This week assignment's idea is building a simple electronic device that performs two actions. I decided to make a buzz wire game because i remember when i was young there was a TV show full of games and one of those games is the buzz wire that I've always wanted to play.
I used tinker cad to design and simulate the circuit and the resistor calculator to calculate the ohm of resistor.
Materials : I used a 5 volt adapter , Red led , buzzer , 220 ohm resistor , on/off switch , wire , Tape , cardboard , breadboard , jumper and crocodile wires.
Materials
Cardboard
Soft ware
Resistor calculator
I start to design and simulate the circuit using Tinker cad to make sure that everything work.
I used 5 voltage power supply and connect it to the breadboard then i put the led and the 220 ohm resistor to reduce the volt because the led need only 2 volts. Then i put the switch and connect it with led and the buzzer.
After i finish sketching in tinker cad i started to make it in real. I put the red led and the 220 ohm resistor in series and the buzzer parallel to them then i connect one of the sides of the switch to the positive wire and the other side with the hand of the game and i connect the wire of the game to the buzzer and led with crocodile wire . Finally i put all the components in the cardboard i made .
My Buzz wire
I asked in the instructor in the extra session what is the mistake i made because the buzzer doesn't make the same sound after i put the led and he helped me in the sketch of the circuit.
I helped Nihal to make the circuit.
When i put the components in the cardboard body and test it , it doesn't work . I think i need to make big body so the wires feel free and doesn't fall from its place.
I will use the buzzer in my project so this week helped me to know how it works.
