As the mobile become the most important device that we use every day . and We don't use TV anymore like we used to . also i love watching videos on my mobile and i hate hold him all the time . so i decide to make a TV mobile holder.

I used laser works to select the speed and power of cutting and scanning (engraving) layers.

I used it to Fabricate the laser cutting design.

I used 3mm plywood because it provides great value for money while also delivering a high-quality product.

Explain the design and/or preparation process of your assignment. How did you use the tool or software to design and/or prepare your assignment before fabrication/implementation?
First : I sketch all the parts of my design .
second : I extrude them into 3mm.
Third : Added joints to assemble them.
Finally : Exported the sketches to DXF files to work on them in laserworks.

After i finished my sketch i use cardboard to make a prototype of my design and it helped me a lot because i discovered that one of the parts too big. This stage helped me to know that i am on the right way .

1- I opened laserworks and open the dxf file in it.
2- I give the cutting process black color (speed 15 & power 70 ) ( output YES )
3- I give the scanning (engraving) process red color ( speed 300 & power 35 ) ( output YES )
4- I give the scanning process to the outer line green color ( speed 30 & power 35 ) ( output YES )

I went to the lab to cut my design using the laser cutting machine
steps of the process :
1- I put my rld file to the Laser Cutter computer.
2- I turned on the machine.
3- Download the file.
4- Check the focus
5- Track frame.
6- Run.
It takes 12min27sec.

I asked my peers for helping me to understande the fully defined process and mohamed adel helped me alot to know how to make this in a correct way.

Laser works read many construction lines that i don't want to cut or engrave them. and when i try to remove the lines , the part of my design remove to so i searched a lot to find way to remove extra lines without removing my design but i didn't find any tutorials about that so i try many tools in the program until i found edit node and break curve to separate the points from each other.
Another thing laser works doesn't read SP line as one line . so i changed in fusion 360 the curve using conic curve and laserworks work with this well.

Honestly i didn't want to make my project laser cutted. But I Learned that words and shapes make the wood looks beautiful.

The coolest thing is putting words in my design it makes my mobile holder very cool.
