I'm Rawan Sorour , I was born in 1999 . I am studying at the Faculty of Arts, Department of Sociology at Ain Shams University , and I will graduate in 2022 if the university allows me to do this :"D .

I am an origami and quilling artist so i love paper very much . I’m founder of Paper World . I participated in maker faire cairo 2019 , 2020 , 2021 and i won the third place in 2020 . I also participated in Fab Festival and event in dandy mall . I also give sessions about origami .

I love life so much and I hope to be influencer someday . Through this , I love everything in this life and would like to try to do everything in it . So I did some things till now like drawing , embroidering , painting on glass and making a bullet journal . I love equestrian , cycling , pistol shooting , the art of inventing language , animals especially dogs , nature , piano , reading and learning languages and new things .

I am interested in technology and digital fabrication , so I joined the Maker Diploma to learn more about it and get into digital world so I could possibly use it in my origami or other fields. What I know is that I will benefit from this scholarship in some way.
