I love playing Lego.
so, when I searched for something I can relate to I found this little cute RING I can wear it, too.

I've always loved traveling, and because that's one of my goals, I wanted what reminded me of it.
So when I looked for what I could make, I found this map, so I decided to edit it to sew it in my bag.

Ultimaker Cura
It is an open-source slicing software for 3D printers. It opens (.stl) files of the object to-be-printed design and it produces the gcode which the 3D printer follows to print the model correctly.
2.RDworks
It is a program used for producing (.rd) files that regulate laser cutting operations. It opens (.dxf) files.

I download the file with (STL) extension from (thingiverse.com)
and open it directly the cure program to set the printing parameter for the printing machine

After that, we slice the design to get the estimated time, the estimated mass

finally, the old file is ready to send to the machine

Inserted the SD card with G-cood on it

It was my first time in the lab with the machines but I felt comfortable when my instructor Sherif Rashwan, Esraa Rageh, and my friend lama helped me to manage the fabrication process
My friend Lama helped me run the laser cutting machine step by step until I was done.
Doaa ,lama and I formed a team in the lab, and they helped me with things about the 3D printer.

We did have a mid-week assignment to print a model in less than 15 min. So we worked together on how to make that happen and the output was amazing.

I have learned some skills using the laser cutter that will help me build the final project enclosure.
I also learned a lot in the program and how to arrange its steps and focus and everything related to speed and color

For the 3d printing, I have learned to check the bedplate e before positioning my design on the software to avoid any scratches or screws.

At first we played together and lama and Amr were a team and we explained in voice and movement how the tractor worked.
Secondly, we were divided into teams that were me, Salma and lama, another team, and we produced a very small dinosaur with a 3D printer and Super Mario with a laser cutting machine.
