Design a model of a pen and pencil holder that may rest on a flat surface, In this design, I was inspired by his idea of the new electric car Tesla Cybertruck and from this idea I built a holder for pens and this holder will be in the shape of the car and I used the Fusion 360 program and adhered to the standards required for the design and also used a 3D printer to implement this project ,I wanted to implement all the conditions, but unfortunately I could not use revolve because it is not possible to combine it with my design

describe of the design process
1-using Canvas tool to
Places an image on a planar face or sketch plane
Select a face then select an image to import.
3- I using Extrude tool to
Adds depth to open or closed sketch profiles or faces. Select an extrusion type, select sketch profiles or faces to extrude, then specify the distance and taper angle. For the thin Extrude type, specify the wall thickness
5- I using Extrude and Shell also with the body 2
2- skitch lines of the car based on the image and the daimonions which i made
4- I using Shell tool to
Removes material from a part interior, creating a hollow cavity with walls of a specified thickness. Select faces then specify a thickness. The selected faces will be removed and the body will become hollow.
6-Construct: offset plane
Creates a construction plane that is offset from the selected face or plane.
Select a face, plane, or sketch profile, then specify the offset distance.
7- use move and copy tool specific face tool to make the carves
8- draw anther skitch to use it with slop
9- Use the sweep tool to complete the design
11- Use the tool mirror to copy the body again to complete the car chassis and the foot stand , In addition to the combine tool that integrates all parts of the body and unites them into one body ready-to-print body
10- using that loft tool to connect two parts
12-The body was painted in orange to match the color of the 3D printer
The main tools which i used
using that loft tool to connect two parts
Use the sweep tool to complete the design
Use the tool mirror to copy the body again to complete the car chassis and the foot stand , In addition to the combine tool that integrates all parts of the body and unites them into one body ready-to-print body
A support was also designed to maintain the stability of the body, maintain the center of gravity, prevent it from tipping over, and maintain a small size design
The body was painted in orange to match the color of the 3D printer
sliding with cura and supports with 0.4mm of nozzle it give me
59 minutes
18 gram
63 layers
I used the 3D printer in the same way I used before, which depends on entering the design in Cura, in STL format, making a slide with the software and knowing the time the process takes which was estimated at 103 minutes and the number of grams used (weight) 18 grams in this project And I printed it with a precision of 0.4 mm. I used a prusa i3 printer with orange 0.4 filament .
I have problem with the 3D printer and Cura , especially the small screen, and i needed help to deal with it and Farida came in the right time to help me overcome these problems and I want to thank her again here , and Ghazali help me again but this time with his phone he take me a picture while i working and help me to take images for my phone holder , thank you Ghazali again .
In 3D printing, there was a problem in printing, I asked Mai she is the lab specialist to make sure with me if the temperature is good or not. And, she tell me that i need to set the Printing temperature to be 215 and the build plate to be 65 degrees. and the problem fixed
This was the most important week for me because I learned to use the Fusion 360 program in the work of three-dimensional designs and this thing will help me a lot in the final project
when i design my first car in 3d modeling this moment unforgettably, it look like my first time ride a bike.
