We had a task on the early weeks to make a cardoard prototype for a bladless fan and i wanted to apply the same task to the end by adding the electrical componets to it and make it works.

Circuit Simulation in TinkerCAD
1.Building the circuit on breadboard:
Divide and Conquer
1.Powering the Dc Fan
2.Powering the Dc Fan and LED using on/off switch after making sure that each component works separetly.
2.Building prototype parts with same dims in the attached video and fitting the electric components into the device.
Fan body
DC Fan allocation on the base
LED allocation
ON/OFF Switch and power cable allocation on base
3.Mounting and integration.
Using male-female jumpers to replace LED location on breadboard with them, so we can put the LED on its desire location on the prototype.
Mounting the LED after replacing its location with jumpers
Mounting the DC Fan
Connecting the switch and power supply with crocodiles and jumpers to the breadboard and mounting on the base
4.Testing the device
I had two problems while doing the assignment:
When i tried to power both the fan and led one of them each time didn't work, and i found that because i connected the negative parts to the positive part of the power jack.
The prototype dims was too big in propotion with the fan's power, so the air effect was almost neglected, I tried to shorten the model and raised the fan to allow air to reach upper part.
