pavilion
The project idea is an interactive pavilion that reacts to daylight.
The reference
The Petals mechanism
the idea is make petals drop a shadow when someone set under the pavilion, and I make Petals mechanism to make petal moves.
Auto Mode: The pavilion is open and closed according to daylight.
Manual Mode: open and closed using a button
Use motor connected to wire for movement
Construction Parts
Wooden parts for the pavilion
Input
(Sensing, Tactile Input, and/or Graphical Input)
LDR sensor
Action
(Physical and/or Graphic)
the Pavilion will open and close (Servo moves) according to the light source (sun)
Brain
An Arduino UNO board
Power Management
Ac adaptor for power supply
Minimum Features: are the least amount of features that would demonstrate the coverage of all the technical modules and their complete integration
Complete Features: are the set of features that will complete your original project objective and vision
Nice-to-have Features: are the extra set of features that will make the project cooler, yet they need extra time, effort, and/or resources to finish
Minimum User Features
Making the Pavilion open and close using Ir sensor.
Action: the fabric wood moves using servo motor
Sensing: Ir sensor
User Input: sensor
Complete User Features
Making the Pavilion open and close using potentiometer
Action: the fabric wood moves using servo motor
Sensing: None
User Input: potentiometer.
