i used Ultimaker-cura for adjusting the settings and the scale of the 3d model and slice the file
I'll use prusa mk2 3d printer with black PLA

after downloading the file i opened it on Adobe illustrator to edit it and remove extra templates in the file
then i exported the dxf file into laserwork to adjust my settings and choose the machine speed and power for cut and scan
then i'll use laser cut machine to make me laser project and i'll use plywood as material for the project

1st i adjusted the scale of the model
then choose the resolution 0.15mm and 20 % infill and checked the adhesion step
and after slicing it will print in 1 hour and 24 min , and its 13G

i adjusted my settings of the cutting and scanning parts
then i adjust the scale and made it 50mm x 36 mm

it started with cleaning the bed with alcohol , then preheat to unload the fillament from yellow to black , then reload the new color and waited till the new color become clear then i choose the file from the sd card then start to print
after printing i removed the brim which help the print to be stable on the bed and i found some extra fillament in his head , so i used the flush cutter tool to give him a hair cut

it started with turning on the laser machine then putting the 3mm plywood sheet , and adjusting the origin of workspace then checked the work area then started to cut .
as see my best cut was third try , because it was new machine and the file needed an adjustment in settings

1st try in laser project was failed because some area was scan but it needed to be cut not scan in the laserwork software and as it was a new machine so it needed a different power number so i adjust it and tried again
2nd try was good but the keychain hole was so thin and easy to break , so i made it thicker by moving some points in laserwork software
then 3rd time was Perfect

Now i can use the 3d printer and the laser machine to build my project parts without and problem , and i can adjust the files to my needs easily
