laser cutting task ( mobile holder )
I found many designs but I chose this one because it was the easiest for me at this point
I used fusion360 software to make the design and RDWorksV8 software to select suitable values of power and speed of the scan and cut process and to convert the design file (.dxf) into a (.rd) file that the machine can read
and I used laser cutting machine to cut my material ( 3mm plywood )

side part drawing (9 steps)
1. draw a line from the origin as shown
2. draw a second line with an angle of 70 from the first line and its length is 80 mm
3. draw a third line with an angle of 40 from the second line and its length is 80 mm too
4. draw a fourth line with an angle of 70 from the third line
5. draw a line from the origin with an angle of 45 from the first line then trim the extra lines from the intersection of 2 lines
6. Divide the first line by drawing a line in the middle and perpendicular to it
7. Draw the bottom right rectangle with the dimensions shown and then flip it to the left using the vertical axis in the middle of the first line as a reflection axis
8. the last thing is a t-slot u can take it copy from any sketch and put it here as shown
9. after past the t-slot move it by point to point feature as shown and trim these extra lines
bottom part drawing (10 steps)
1. Draw a rectangle from the origin with dimensions 70*60
2. draw an 5mm offset rectangle of the first one
3. Draw two lines that divide it into four equal quadrants
4. Draw the small upper right rectangle with the dimensions shown in the pictures
5. mirror it to the left using the vertical line that divides the rectangle as the line of the axis of reflection
6. Then mirror the two small rectangles you just drew now to the bottom side and use the horizontal axis that divides the rectangles as the reflection axis
7. trim the two lines that u used as a reflection axis and the offset rectangle
8. draw a vertical line between upper two rectangles and draw another one between two rectangles
9. in the middle of every line of these two lines draw a circle with a diamete of 3,2mm
10. trim these two lines
3d extrude and assembly (4 steps)
1. extrude 2 parts 3mm width
2. create a copy of the side part
3. make a joint as shown
4. save sketches as dxf files
laser cutting preparation (4 steps)
1. import .Dxf files in rdworks that u saved before
2. add a text if u want to make it appear on the design by scanning it
3. select suitable values of power and speed of cutting and scanning
4. export .rd files from rdworks
copy the (.rd) file to the flash memory disk and insert that flash memory in the laser cutting machine and choose your file and run the machine
