laser cutter model
my friends are big part of my life so I selected a design to make a keys medal and adjusted the design and added a place inside to put their photos to be with me in my first laser cutter model.

3D printing model
I love space and planets so much. so I want to design our plant Earth on 3D printer.

"Laser cutter"
Which I used to cut the key chain
machines
"PRUSA Printer "
Which I used to print the earth planet
Laser work program
for Laser cutter
software
cura slicer
Compressed wood material
Materials
PLA filament
Before editing
In laser cutter I adjusted the design to suit my idea. The design is two-piece and the required one-piece so I worked ingrooving in the middle to be the place of the photo and I downsized to fit the size of a key chain
After editing
For 3d printing stl formate were downloaded. a Thingiverse model. the model was scaled to reach the targeted time and size and the material was selected generic PLA and the printer settings was adjusted. then the model was sliced and a gcode file was exported.
in 3D printing model
I downloaded STL file again and edit on cura
Dimension 50×50×50
Infill 20
Quality .3
Then saved as gcode to be transferred to the 3D machine.
It took about l hours and 7grams.
exporting DXF on laser work add some edit in design as we show in preparation process .
power 65 to 70
speed 25
then downloaded to the machine.
At first I had trouble downloading the program and Marram helped me. The other problem was printer time, so I had two solutions. The first reduces dimensions or reduces quality. I chose to reduce dimensions to 95% to maintain product quality.
I had a problem with printing that the temperature was 200 within the gcode and should be 215. This problem leads the model to move from its location and the model is not properly formed.
Unfortunately I don't have the stl file to edit so I had to download the file again and edit it in the cure program.
Title of Media
I learned to use machines and definitely help me with my final project.
Wow is to be maker and carry a product of your own making.
