This is my make-through for the week's assignment. Grab a cup of coffee!
in this week we have learned about Design thinking and its process.
generally. it means the work processes that can help us systematically extract, teach, learn and apply these human-centered techniques to solve problems creatively and innovatively – in our designs
the five stages of design thinking
Doctors and pharmacists who need a quick check-up and measure the heart rate and oxygen level in the blood
And also some athletes who need to monitor their performance.
Noah ( doctor ): said she wants a device that allows he to know the blood pressure and the oxygen rate in the blood Because it is useful in diagnosing many cases, especially Corona cases.
Tayl (pharmacists ): needs such a device in his pharmacy because some of the patients that come to the pharmacy need to make a quick check he would prefer if it contains (respiratory rate) he needs it to be fast and light.
Ahmed Ayman (Athlete): he said he would like to have a device that allows him to monitor his health before and after exercise
But he needs it to be light and easy to use and he doesn't what to calculate anything just need the final output.
Kassem (friend ): he want to have a device that allows him to test his condition he is afraid to get Covid 19 so he wants that device to test if his blood rate under a certain point then he knows he has to visit a doctor.
a device that measures heart rate and measures the proportion of oxygenated hemoglobin in the blood
it needs to be light and easy to use
easy to understand for non-specialized
Bright stars
(time and date) can be implemented but it not useful bc, in that case, it's not important
steps count is cable to implement but it will add another sensor
respiratory rate is not easy to implement and will cost much and will not be a small device
using CAD design to make an example of how the device will be and the basic components it have to contain
What I learned this week is...
the design thinking process
get in practice with the process for my project
Analyze user data using empathy maps
Write a focused problem statement
Generate more ideas using ideation techniques
the importance of making a prototype
