Step 1: make a new project, create the README file and write the project description

Step 2: create 3 Milestones(Sprint) and assign its dates

BACKGROUND

The assignment is to plan a robot car project by following the Agile Development Process and fully reflect the project plan on GitLab.

It aims to get familiar with GitLab and to learn the concepts of Agile Project Management
